I recommend this app to small e-commerce business owners. Because it's so efficient and uses AI technology to benefit not only shop owners but also their customers. The support is incredible. For a small shop owner, the ability to negotiate and discuss what meets my needs makes this a very attractive chatbot to use in my shop. I have done the onboarding and online video meetings.
