Really excited to launch Rep AI onto our store next week! The testing has been impressive and the bot is already answering 80% of the questions better than I could have just by scanning and learning from the site. Yuval at Rep AI has been great to work with to help dial in the behavior of the responses for the remaining 20% of typical questions before we go live. Thanks team!
