Feliks Skincare review for Rep AI: ChatGPT Concierge

I signed up for the free trial and was taken to the Rep AI dashboard to enter billing information which I left blank until I had a chance to use the app. After 3 weeks I decided not to continue with the app so I left the billing details empty and after the trial period expired I lost all access to the platform, support and the app no longer worked on my website - as expected. I then uninstalled the app and a month later I was billed for it. They charged me for the month after the trial period, even though they had disabled the app because I didn't enter billing information. I contacted shopify and they said I need to contact Rep AI. Rep AI refused to acknowledge the issue and said I should talk to Shopify about a refund. Very shady behaviour to disable a service and continue to bill for it anyway.
