To be able to see where your customers go on your store is really powerful, where they pause what they read before hopefully making a purchase is great, we are now tailoring our store with more content that our customers enjoy and getting rid of some of the stuff they seem to skip over. Who doesn't like a little popcorn !!

Very very very good app, definitely records many if not all the live sessions. The feedback provided by this recording has already led to us making several changes to the template and store. This is a must have app!

Being able to watch a customer's interaction on your website is an amazing tool, it helps you to see where you can improve and what aspects of your site are drawing in customers.

I used the app to help me track potential customers who visit my site. I wanted to see the actions they were taking and what was causing the sale to not be completed. I LOVE IT

Really just awesome free app. Highly recommend to get a picture of what your customers are doing. Just seeing a high visit count can sound good but in a lot of cases these are just bots or other things that leave within a few seconds.

Works as intended! Easy and quick to use and shows you exactly what visitors to your site have been clicking or searching for.

This app was super easy to install. I like how I can see my customer's progression through my site. I sometimes wish the 0 second hits didn't record because the limit is 500 recordings and it uses a lot of them, but at the same time it can be helpful to see if a particular product from my facebook or from email marketing is what drove them from the site. For a free app the insights I get are amazing!

So insightful! I love watching customers interact with my site so I can spot problems and opportunities. I wish there was a paid version (as long as it isn't too much) to have unlimited recordings!
