I finally got the app to work with no support from Reputation but help from my developer. It does half of what I was expecting, I wish there was more ability to see what the end product is like before having to install to try it out for yourself. Terrible customer service! Major attitude in their staff, huge turnoff from using this product. I'll only use it long enough to find a better competitor and then make the switch again. Fun fact: as soon as you leave a negative review, they start harassing you while denying the terrible attitude of their customer service agents! Buyer beware!
Updated reply: Our team is confused with such feedback. We promptly replied to your first email, requested collaborative access to check the widget from the Theme Editor (however you haven't accepted it yet). After the 2-star review, we sent you another email pointing the above mentioned facts. No harassment intended.
Installation was a breeze, and so far so good. I wish that I knew code in case I want to adjust the look later on, but I am please so far

I have tried a few apps to import my reviews without much success (I’m not that tech savvie really) but this app literally took seconds to set up and I’m very pleased. The only very slight downside is the carousel creates quite a large block but I haven’t really looked to see if it can be altered, I’m just enjoying an app that works! I highly recommend giving this app a try and it’s well worth the monthly charge.

Just browsing, testing the app Trying to export my reviews from Etsy to shopify I’m hoping this works since I faced lots of troubleshooting

Installation is very easy. The major drawback is that product specific reviews cannot be posted to the product page. However, the app developer stated this is expected to be launched in two weeks. This timeframe is by May 19. Stay tuned!

I really liked it, for some reason it froze up and I thought deleting it was a good fix and now I cannot install, get a permanent loading cycle and any other install screen and process works. If support is still around would love any help! Love the app!!
