Thank you for sharing your review. Let us explain how the subscription worked: You installed the app on January 27, which began a 7-day free trial. Your billing cycle started on February 3 and ran until March 4. You uninstalled the app on February 29, during your first billing period. Please check this guide to better understand how app subscriptions work: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps#subscriptions To cancel your subscription, just uninstall the app. Once you do that, the subscription will be automatically canceled.
