There are many apps, some need to be more friendly with the user. SA request a Quote is friendly, easy to understand, and has good documentation the user can access. In the case of support, I had a great experience with Haley. I wanted to do a tweak and got the answer and the steps to do it in a matter of minutes, no 24 hours later response or waiting in a queue for a possible answer.
