Excellent customer service!! First, I raised my issue through the online chat. The person answering was very kind despite my lack of knowledge about technical things. Then, my issue was forwarded to the developer team and I was informed that they will send me an email once it was done. Less than 24hours later, I received email that my issue was fixed. Immediate responses from support staff is always lovely to see. It does everything it says on the tin for us, we're able to generate leads with much better knowledge of the user's intention now. There were some minor visual bugs with the first screen you see after loading the app but when diving into the data it's deriving it from (such as the estimated values) it will still have the correct information on the back end. These issues will probably be fixed very quickly.

only just uploaded it, but creates a resolution for a problem ive had for a little while on out website already, I had a small issue with the quotes coming through, but i messaged the service system, they were quick to reply and quick to fix the problem
