Good app for simple shops and easy to get started with. However, for more complex or multilingual shops, several important issues appeared: PDF formatting is still incomplete, translations are inconsistent, taxes and shipping are not displayed correctly, and the quote workflow is unclear in some areas. Support was helpful at first, but response times slowed down over time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for more advanced setups at this stage.

Sometimes it doesnt work BUT the client service it's great

The app is fairly good to a certain extent, where I'm not able to edit the product section on the emails, as i want to add more information about the requested product, but I'm limited.

Our team spent a lot of time trying to set up Outlook emails with this app. We found out later that we couldn't. It's a great app, but unfortunately, it's not compatible with Outlook.
