Excellent customer service!! First, I raised my issue through the online chat. The person answering was very kind despite my lack of knowledge about technical things. Then, my issue was forwarded to the developer team and I was informed that they will send me an email once it was done. Less than 24hours later, I received email that my issue was fixed. Very seamless process! Special thanks to Haley for being very supportive and helpful <3
