Excellent app with outstanding customer support! This app works exactly as expected and is very easy to use. Request a Quote app has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had an urgent issue where prices were still showing on product and collection pages. Haley jumped on it straight away, arranged collaborator access, and had their developer fix it fast. Then a new issue popped up with variant behaviour and add to cart. They fixed that just as quickly. After that, I asked for a couple of custom tweaks to match our theme, including the quote form font and the quote button behaviour on collection pages. Again, they handled it without fuss and even provided a Loom video to confirm the changes. Every message was clear, fast, and helpful. No back and forth. No delays. Just solutions. Huge thanks to Haley for being on top of everything.

The app works fantastic for our store, and the support team is fantastic! And questions we had they were able to answer very quickly and help us out. I had support from Joanna, Hazel, and Lyla and they were amazing!
