Request a Quote app has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had an urgent issue where prices were still showing on product and collection pages. Haley jumped on it straight away, arranged collaborator access, and had their developer fix it fast. Then a new issue popped up with variant behaviour and add to cart. They fixed that just as quickly. After that, I asked for a couple of custom tweaks to match our theme, including the quote form font and the quote button behaviour on collection pages. Again, they handled it without fuss and even provided a Loom video to confirm the changes. Every message was clear, fast, and helpful. No back and forth. No delays. Just solutions.
