The app itself is solid, but the communication with Lyla is extremely frustrating. I initially contacted support with a question and she helped right away. She immediately asked for a review, but I didn’t have time to leave one because I was still in the middle of setting up the app on my site. When I returned to the chat to ask for additional help, I was completely ignored. I sent multiple follow-up messages and received no response at all. It feels like I was simply ghosted. Her icon is green and shows shes online receiving my requests for help but no response. Very frustrating to be ignored when setting up this app.

At the time you reached out again, it was unfortunately outside of our support working hours (our night-shift starts from 6:00pm to 2:00am), so our team was already offline. That said, this is not an excuse - we genuinely regret that we weren’t able to get back to you sooner. If possible, we would really appreciate the opportunity to support you again and help resolve any remaining concerns. Please rest assured that we never intended to ignore your request/issue. Your experience truly matters to us. Once again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused, and I sincerely hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to assist you properly.
