I cannot open the app on Firefox nor Safari. Getting below error message. In Safari it's just a blank page. I wrote to Easy shipping support, no response yet after 24h. It's not possible to open in a new window or new tab. error message: "Firefox Can’t Open This Page To protect your security, accounts.shopify.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."
Dear customer, I’m really sorry for the frustration you experienced. I want to clarify that we did reply to your message on the same day to the email address you used to contact us (contact@…). Could you please check that inbox again — including the Spam/Junk folder — to ensure the reply wasn’t filtered out? We always aim to respond within 48 hours (and usually much sooner), and we take this commitment seriously. I believe this may simply be an unfortunate misunderstanding caused by the email not reaching your main inbox. Regarding the Firefox/Safari issue: this message comes from Shopify’s account/iframe security and can appear depending on browser settings. But don’t worry — the app setup does not require you to open ESR inside the Shopify admin window. Our team can configure everything on your behalf through support. We have to restrict certain states and cities from ordering products due to legal regulations. The support team made it easy by letting us send them a list of zip codes to restrict and they configured numbers of them in record time. When we get updates, we just send that list to the support team and they knock it out. Plus, the app validates on the cart screen with the shipping estimator which made it prompt for zip code twice. The support team was able to reconfigure it so it prompts the user once and passes the zip to the other popup. The fast resolution to our specific needs is well worth the subscription costs.

This app is simple to use and the support offered is first class. They quickly customised our message and the site was updated immediately.
