I cannot open the app on Firefox nor Safari. Getting below error message. In Safari it's just a blank page. I wrote to Easy shipping support, no response yet after 24h. It's not possible to open in a new window or new tab. error message: "Firefox Can’t Open This Page To protect your security, accounts.shopify.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."

Could you please check that inbox again — including the Spam/Junk folder — to ensure the reply wasn’t filtered out? Regarding the Firefox/Safari issue: this message comes from Shopify’s account/iframe security and can appear depending on browser settings. We have to restrict certain states and cities from ordering products due to legal regulations. The support team made it easy by letting us send them a list of zip codes to restrict and they configured numbers of them in record time. When we get updates, we just send that list to the support team and they knock it out. Plus, the app validates on the cart screen with the shipping estimator which made it prompt for zip code twice. The support team was able to reconfigure it so it prompts the user once and passes the zip to the other popup. The fast resolution to our specific needs is well worth the subscription costs.
