I cannot open the app on Firefox nor Safari. Getting below error message. In Safari it's just a blank page. I wrote to Easy shipping support, no response yet after 24h. It's not possible to open in a new window or new tab. error message: "Firefox Can’t Open This Page To protect your security, accounts.shopify.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."
Dear customer, I’m really sorry for the frustration you experienced. I want to clarify that we did reply to your message on the same day to the email address you used to contact us (contact@…). Could you please check that inbox again — including the Spam/Junk folder — to ensure the reply wasn’t filtered out? We always aim to respond within 48 hours (and usually much sooner), and we take this commitment seriously. I believe this may simply be an unfortunate misunderstanding caused by the email not reaching your main inbox. Regarding the Firefox/Safari issue: this message comes from Shopify’s account/iframe security and can appear depending on browser settings. But don’t worry — the app setup does not require you to open ESR inside the Shopify admin window. Our team can configure everything on your behalf through support. Zero support after 3 days. App is buggy, refuses to load often and after 100 post codes added to the list would not let us add or save any more. Reached out to support numerous times - no reply.

App didn't work. Gives an error message. Looks to be what I need, but I think they are out of business as well. I've been waiting on a return message for well over a month. Tried support ticket, email, and the text number they leave on their website. No dice.

Additionally, our developer discovered that our mail server was down, causing a 1-2 week time period where we could not receive support request emails. It has since been fixed and I can personally confirm that we can receive support request emails.
