Great app, and exceptional support team-- thanks Nghia! We were experiencing an issue due to our configuration, and Nghia stepped in to help us identify root cause of the issue, fix it, and gave helpful recommendations moving forward. Very helpful team, great Shopify app and highly recommend.

The app worked exactly as we wanted, I will say when tackling on your own the app can seem a little confusing however Nghia from their team was amazing. She was able to sort all our issues and assist in setting everything up, the help was super fast and efficient. I would certainly recommend this app.

Updated review: support team is very helpful in setting up and testing the implementation to block postal codes. I'd rate it 5* if not for the error that prevents me from opening the app in Firefox or Safari. In Safari it's just a blank page. FF error message: "Firefox Can’t Open This Page To protect your security, accounts.shopify.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."

We have to restrict certain states and cities from ordering products due to legal regulations. The support team made it easy by letting us send them a list of zip codes to restrict and they configured numbers of them in record time. When we get updates, we just send that list to the support team and they knock it out. Plus, the app validates on the cart screen with the shipping estimator which made it prompt for zip code twice. The support team was able to reconfigure it so it prompts the user once and passes the zip to the other popup. The fast resolution to our specific needs is well worth the subscription costs.
