I cannot open the app on Firefox nor Safari. Getting below error message. In Safari it's just a blank page. I wrote to Easy shipping support, no response yet after 24h. It's not possible to open in a new window or new tab. error message: "Firefox Can’t Open This Page To protect your security, accounts.shopify.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."
Dear customer, I’m really sorry for the frustration you experienced. I want to clarify that we did reply to your message on the same day to the email address you used to contact us (contact@…). Could you please check that inbox again — including the Spam/Junk folder — to ensure the reply wasn’t filtered out? I believe this may simply be an unfortunate misunderstanding caused by the email not reaching your main inbox. Regarding the Firefox/Safari issue: this message comes from Shopify’s account/iframe security and can appear depending on browser settings. But don’t worry — the app setup does not require you to open ESR inside the Shopify admin window. Our team can configure everything on your behalf through support.
