More personable experience compared to other services. A real person will reach out about your order. The photo came out nice. Still, quite an expensive for small business owners but great for the pictures that may be more difficult to edit on your own.

This was JUST what my store site needed. Had problems with some of my images which Emyle on their support team worked ever so patiently with me! This isn't an area I'm very 'savvy' with--so a lot of the process was a learning curve for me, but they were with me to sort everything out! Now my site has a nice pro look to it-and for such a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

You will wait way more then 24 hours. They will edit the saturation when you beg them not too. I email them and message all the time and hours and hours go by before i get an answer.

As your order was delayed for clarification we have refunded credits to your account and processed the order free of charge. In regards to the color changes - we have not changed the colors on your images. When the background is removed from images, the product can look as if the color has changed because it is now sitting on a white background. We have reached out via email, so please feel free reply so we can rectify the situation for you.

I like the app and the photos come back decent but they are never done in 24 hours. Even if I only submit 6 or 8 it takes a couple days.

All images are processed within 24 hours unless we require new photos (due to images being too small) or require more information. In your case previously, I believe your photos have been blurry and it is important to us that they look perfect for your website and meet your requirements so we have reached out for this reason. If you would like us to process the small images provided, let us know and I will make a note for us to not follow up on the order next time. We are happy to work however you would like. I used the 5 free credits for this app and the pictures turned out great. Took out my backgrounds and added a mirrored effect. Quick turnaround. Will be using again, already placing my next order.

They do a good enough job. Communication is excellent, and if we accidentally submit the same item twice, they send an alert. Minus one star is for tediousness of selecting image. We have a lot of products and locating the one needing recoloring or background removal feels excessively laborious-the oldest images load first, you can't just skip to the last page, which can take time. If you don't have a large product catalog this would not be an issue.

This app is great for small businesses on shoe string budgets that want quality photo alterations. I have my iphone pic turned into professionals sales pics. I really recommend this app.

Great service- the time you save is worth the price. But the results are amazing! I submitted several images that included wig hair and I thought there’s no way they can remove a background that has hair on top. They did and didn’t affect or remove the hair. I’m so impressed!!
