The images that were processed within a few minutes were terrible. I could do much better than those on my own. I was hoping for a professional image service that would save me the time of doing them myself. They actually made me laugh out loud when I saw them. Really!!

Horrible. This app will mess up all your images if you try to remove background. It took me 2 hours to remove the mess it left in my store.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our app and that your free trial order didn't work out as expected. Upon checking, it looks like there was an issue with how the template was set up. For reference, JPEG's do not support transparent backgrounds. So, when you received your images, it came out with black backgrounds instead. This can easily be rejected from our app and reprocessed again. I understand you have already fixed them. However, our support team still reached out to you earlier hoping we can still help you with your photos.

More personable experience compared to other services. A real person will reach out about your order. The photo came out nice. Still, quite an expensive for small business owners but great for the pictures that may be more difficult to edit on your own.

I gave them 5 stars because Emyle went out of her way to help me solve a problem - I needed to update my labels but didn't have the time to get new professional photographs. She took my label images and applied them to the packaging and they look terrific. (And it cost me a fraction of what a photographer would charge even if I did have the time to wait.) We did have a couple of minor problems but she and her colleague, Jessie, made certain to stay connected with me and assure that I was satisfied. Highly recommend. Jane Bond, ecodogcare.com

This was JUST what my store site needed. Had problems with some of my images which Emyle on their support team worked ever so patiently with me! This isn't an area I'm very 'savvy' with--so a lot of the process was a learning curve for me, but they were with me to sort everything out! Now my site has a nice pro look to it-and for such a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

You will wait way more then 24 hours. They will edit the saturation when you beg them not too. I email them and message all the time and hours and hours go by before i get an answer.

As your order was delayed for clarification we have refunded credits to your account and processed the order free of charge. In regards to the color changes - we have not changed the colors on your images. When the background is removed from images, the product can look as if the color has changed because it is now sitting on a white background. We have reached out via email, so please feel free reply so we can rectify the situation for you.

Love this app! Saves me a ton of time in editing my photos and a very quick turnaround time with great results. This leaves me more time to work on other aspects of my store. Staff are lovely to deal with and quick to respond to my messages. Highly recommended :)

I like the app and the photos come back decent but they are never done in 24 hours. Even if I only submit 6 or 8 it takes a couple days.

All images are processed within 24 hours unless we require new photos (due to images being too small) or require more information. In your case previously, I believe your photos have been blurry and it is important to us that they look perfect for your website and meet your requirements so we have reached out for this reason. If you would like us to process the small images provided, let us know and I will make a note for us to not follow up on the order next time. We are happy to work however you would like. Their service is amazing. My request is special. My designer only has the work on the paper, but we need convert to high quality printful file. So I asked for the support from Pixc. And they did it with high quality quickly. I strongly recommend this app to other shopify store owner. They are the best, and price is affordable.

The Retail Ready Photos by Pixc app is amazing! I uploaded the app to add a white background to my photos and to give them a nice, finished touch! The design team did a marvelous job with my photos and they promptly returned them sooner than I expected. The customer service team is fantastic! They followed up with me and answered all my questions while providing the friendliest customer service imaginable! Thank you to all the Pixie team members (The Pixies) responsible for a wonderful experience! This app is a sure winner!

I use this app frequently to add white background to my photos. When I placed my first few orders, the pictures came out really good. Now, I'm finding the quality and care taken to add/remove backgrounds is sloppy. I find I have to go through two or three revisions to get it right.

I used the 5 free credits for this app and the pictures turned out great. Took out my backgrounds and added a mirrored effect. Quick turnaround. Will be using again, already placing my next order.
