Wow! I don't normally write reviews but I had to!!! My product photos came out beautiful! And they did them fast!! I will be using them for all new products in the future. I also love that you can pay as you go and not just buy a big package. Love it! What an awesome service!

HOLY MOLY!!!! I cant believe what an awesome job Pixc has done with the photos i sent to them!! Other services i sent the photos too said it would take hours and would cost way too much, but it was not an issue for Pixc, they never whined or complained they just delivered RESULTS!! I thought oh yeah they wouldn't be able to remove the backgrounds from my images, but they finished them in a crazy fast time AND i had them done with a transparent background so i could use them in photoshop for other projects. I have used other services like this but nothing with a quality like Pixc. If you are sitting on the fence and are not sure if you should use them i would without a doubt recommend these guys again and again!! well... my story, purchased 50$ credits, try to use it only after 2 weeks (didn't have time) and i didn't like the workflow process. I Emailed them that i want my money back , they told me 24 hours passed,and they can't give me a refund. Naturally - i Got pissed. 50$ is ALLOT. I didn't like the UI/Workflow. very uncomfortable. 1 angry customer.instead of proper customer service. (the client always right?) Did i eat your bread? did i break a glass in your shop? is it that difficult to refund something I didn't use? over all , they DO remove the background. and they sound nice. they just don't understand what is proper customer service.

Great service- the time you save is worth the price. But the results are amazing! I submitted several images that included wig hair and I thought there’s no way they can remove a background that has hair on top. They did and didn’t affect or remove the hair. I’m so impressed!!

I sent over a few pictures that had a horrible grey background, ones that I was not able to get any whiter, they sent me back perfect photos for our website. I am going to use them for all our photos that need to be crisp and clear for the web. Customer service was knowledgeable and fast to reply to my email and we had a super fast turn around on our photos. Totally happy we found this app to ad to our Shopify site!

If you're looking for simple background removal, you'll be happy with this service, but if natural shadows are important to your images, you'll probably be disappointed. When I photograph my products, I take the time to adjust the lighting to create shadows that look real and highlight the product. Unfortunately, their approach is to knock out everything but the object and then add in artificial shadows. My experience has been that their shadows look contrived and unnatural--not the professional quality I need for my site. Given that they charge extra for adding shadows, that's just not acceptable. To be fair, they do seem to be willing to try over and over again to get it right. I've gone through four revisions on my most recent order, but I still don't have an acceptable image. I could have easily done it myself in that amount of time.

Excellent Idea! I love the concept and they did a great job removing the background and also adding reflection to the images. Good price and awesome customer service.

I hardly use the app directly from Shopify. I just upload the photos on the pixc website but they do a fabulous job with making your images look great and the turnaround time is super quick too.

Easy and gets the job done very nicely. Just wish it would take less than 24 hours, but that is just a suggestion, not a complaint. It is a great and valuable app for my jewelry store.

My last photographer was horrible. It was going to be too costly to have the images fixed. I searched the app store and found this app. I am 200% satisfied with my images. I quickly choose this app because I am already using the resizer app and was confident with this developer. The change to the images is amazing. It took more than the advertised 24 hours. I just emailed the support and they were ready for me later that day. I mostly like the feature to just replace them back on to the site. Who wants to download and then and then upload again. Not me!
