I was exploring the possibility of switching from Klaviyo to retainful and signed up for help. Karthika provided excellent support. She was very patient with a technically challenged person like me on multiple occasions. The support I received was the deciding factor for me to switch. Exceptional support! I had trouble setting up the app and emailed Ramesh for assistance. Since I was unwell with the flu, he went above and beyond by setting everything up for me, over many days of me emailing him A LOT! His prompt and thorough help has left me eager to delver further.
