Incredible support. I had some difficulty setting up the app, and got on a zoom call with Madhav and he resolved the issue in a few minutes. Very responsive as well. Looking forward to how the rest of the journey plays out.

Madhav, Aravind and Kaarthicka have been IMMENSE in helping me problem solve my Abandoned Cart Recovery system and getting it up and running. They were patient and attentive - I was constantly kept in the loop with the progress and involved in every part of the process. I can't thank them more enough.

We have been using a Retainful Email marketing app and we have generated excellent revenue after doing marketing automation. Also the team is very helpful, especially Madhav and Saranya who helped in setting up the store and automation. Thanks

During the setup process I incorrectly entered my email address and noticed it too late. Once that address was in the sign up... forget about correcting it. Won't let you go back or start new. Seams like a simple mistake should allow for easy correction.
