This app provides a huge value add in getting a deeper understanding of consumer behavior. The added ability to seamlessly build customer segments in the platform and push to our tech stack is an efficiency win for any marketer and DTC brand. Lastly, the RetentionX team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us onboarded and answering any and all follow up questions. Excellent product, excellent service!
