We've seen a handful of other companies that claim to do what RetentionX does, but none have lived up to their promises. RetentionX is the real deal. Accurate data, extremely easy integration and onboarding, and some of the best account management and customer service we've seen. For companies looking to scale in a disciplined and sustainable way, RetentionX is an invaluable tool... Highly recommend.

this app has been successful in moving stock by rejigging and reorganising collection pages based on product engagement and has provided key information that it's on products and repurchasing logistics I especially love the pricing structure that is based on orders and therefore we are charged as a reflection of orders rather than a set price Kori has been exceptional in navigating the software and offering insight

RetentionX is more than just an app, it's become a partner. Their monthly coaching service is surprisingly affordable for the value it provides. But overall, just the app presents your data is such an easier way to digest for all things retention. Hard to understand why this isn't mandatory for any DTC company.
