Excellent insights and great support team We’ve been using RetentionX across multiple brands, and it’s been a game-changer for understanding our customer base, AOV and CAC. The dashboards are intuitive, and the insights around repeat purchase behaviour, CLV, and segmentation have really helped shape our marketing strategy. Allie's support is also brilliant - responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide Mitchdowd through setup or deeper analysis.
