This app is genius! I 100% recommend this to any company/business/ecommerce trying to understand their customers, how they shop and most importantly, how to retain them. We had a call with Nadine and even though it was meant to be only 30min we ended up doing a bit over 1hr cause it was SO INTERESTING! There's so much you can do and they explain it so well! I'm super excited to apply all the new things we learned from the call and grow our business Again thank you for all the help, your app is the absolute best!!!

Brilliant product, excellent customer service and guidance on solutions. RX/Nadine won't just drop the software on you and run, they take the time to ensure it is being utilised for our max advantage. Our overall marketing has gotten a lot more visibility and has helped with an adjusted course instead of chasing flat ROAS that most digital marketing agencies will be limited to, if we were not feeding them the intel provided to us by RX. The level of in-person support these guys provide is astounding. Not videos, not self-serve FAQs, but a real person. Allie was super helpful! They take the time to make sure you have everything set up just right. Most importantly, they make sure you understand not just the tool but the ways you can make best use of the data it generates. RetentionX is an incredibly helpful tool. It makes it easy to analyze and interpret Shopify and Recharge data all in one place across customers, orders, products, and more. We have so much more insight into our data thanks to the RetentionX tool as well as the team. Valentina has been guiding us through onboarding, from showing us all of the different reports and features to answering questions about the specific data needs of our business. We honestly wouldn't have time to get this much insight into our data without RetentionX.
