We've been using RetentionX for over three years now, and it has consistently among our most valuable tools. Now that we've moved to Shopify, we're thrilled that the app seamlessly integrates with our store and continues to provide the same exceptional insights and functionality we've come to rely on. RetentionX has revolutionized the way we understand our customers. The ability to drill down into product-level performance has helped us uncover hidden opportunities that were impossible to identify before. With actionable data and automation, we've seen incredible improvements in both retention and overall revenue. What stands out most is how adaptable the suite is - whether it's tracking behavior, optimizing collections, or increasing LTV, RetentionX truly works in every aspect of our business. The support team has also been phenomenal, guiding us through the transition to Shopify and making sure we're getting the most out of every feature. We couldn't imagine running NICKIS.COM without it. Highly recommended!

Great tool for reporting and gaining more insight into customer behavior, LTV, and follow up purchases. We also like the audience integration with Meta and Google. Really affordable as well!

Retention X is one of the best applications we've ever used. Beautiful and super intuitive interface, best features for customer segmentation and retention - continuously improving and adding more... and the cherry on top, incredible customer support. Retention X has been a game-changer for our business! The platform offers incredible insights that will definitely help us improve customer retention and hopefully also boost our revenue. The demos were also super helpful—Nadine went above and beyond, not only explaining the many useful options of the app but also offering great additional advice tailored to our needs. THE best CDP for Shopify EVER! RetentionX offers everything on the customer that Shopify doesn't. It's like having your own team of Customer data analysts all in one app. Everything is so easy to read and and actionable! RetentionX make is so easy to find quick wins. If you're unsure of anything they are also brilliant jumping on a call and helping out. I've now been using this for 2 clients and the results are amazing.

We've tested many analytics and segmentation tools for Shopify and found that RetentioX by far provides the best value for money. We haven't even started to scratch the surface of the options provided by RX, and already gained a lot of insights and actual revenue from it. Highly recommended.

Insightful data in an easy-to-use tool. In addition to crunching the data, the tool's Help Desk and videos provide even more depth to understanding the data's potential outcomes. The customer support is stellar, and our representative, Allie, is so responsive. RetentionX is the path to growing your Shopify store!
