Excellent insights and great support team We’ve been using RetentionX across multiple brands, and it’s been a game-changer for understanding our customer base, AOV and CAC. The dashboards are intuitive, and the insights around repeat purchase behaviour, CLV, and segmentation have really helped shape our marketing strategy. Allie's support is also brilliant - responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide Mitchdowd through setup or deeper analysis. It’s one of the few apps that actually delivers meaningful, actionable data instead of vanity metrics. We've seen a handful of other companies that claim to do what RetentionX does, but none have lived up to their promises. RetentionX is the real deal. Accurate data, extremely easy integration and onboarding, and some of the best account management and customer service we've seen. For companies looking to scale in a disciplined and sustainable way, RetentionX is an invaluable tool... Highly recommend.

this app has been successful in moving stock by rejigging and reorganising collection pages based on product engagement and has provided key information that it's on products and repurchasing logistics I especially love the pricing structure that is based on orders and therefore we are charged as a reflection of orders rather than a set price Kori has been exceptional in navigating the software and offering insight

I have been using RX for a few years now and honestly having access to this type of data has played such a strong part of my CRM decision making process. Not only is the platform super easy to navigate and gives you such tangible insights the team behind the app are great too. RetentionX is more than just an app, it's become a partner. Their monthly coaching service is surprisingly affordable for the value it provides. But overall, just the app presents your data is such an easier way to digest for all things retention. Hard to understand why this isn't mandatory for any DTC company.

We're very happy we discovered RetentionX. It exposed data that would have taken hours manually. The list-building feature made the data easy and seamless to activate on on email and advertising. The support has been amazing from day 1 of the trial period and Kori went above and beyond to help me quickly anytime I had a question.

The platform is great, offering a level of analysis and a way to slice up retention that we couldn't find anywhere else. But even more important, the service is outstanding, anytime we need anything they're available to walk us through it (Allie is a rockstar).

It took me a long time of seeing these guys before finally giving it a shot. The insights in a short amount of time have been instrumental in changing the way we interact with our customers. FWIW, my account manager is Kori, and I can't speak to the others, but if you onboard with them, I would absolutely request working with Kori. She is fast to respond, fast to offer a call/schedule, and knows what matters to operators along with having a deep understanding of the platform.

RetentionX has proved to be a great tool in providing valuable insights about our own customers that otherwise would be hard for us to understand. The data and insights available have enabled us to take one step further in media activation and I think that the RetentionX team did a great job in putting themselves in the shoes of businesses like ours. You can tell by the relevance of the data provided and when thinking about what questions they help us answer. Besides providing lots of relevant and sophisticated visualizations, we really appreciate that RetentionX has a great resource library and guides to help reading the insights and navigate across the multiple reports. Customer support is also great, always happy to help and super clear in their communication.
