Wir kennen kein anderes Tool, dass die Cohorten Analyse so leicht und verständlich macht. Die Daten sind top aufbereitet, immer aktuell und es gibt Interpretations-Hilfen - was will man mehr!

I installed the Retention X last month on our webshop. We can draw so many interesting data from the app. It is def a game changer for e-commerce shops. Everybody who has an online shop and growth ambitions should have this!!!!

RetentionX has a wealth of data analysis which is easy to understand, use and apply to a variety of business needs. Being able to segment customers in so many different ways and then perform various analysis on those groups as well as compare different segments against one another is so helpful and RetentionX does it in such a simple way. Their customer support/service is amazing too - we always receive prompt responses and help. I highly recommend RetentionX to all marketers!

This tool is incredibly helpful in understanding customer purchasing behavior to make data-driven decisions as they apply to customer retention and acquisition strategies. Super useful analytics and insights App! One of those rare companies that approaches reporting from a POV considering how the insights can directly inform a business change or decision. Visually the reports are easy to understand and ready to share. Thank you to the team for supporting quickly with my questions.

This app is fantastic. The segmentation feature allows for customizable data exploration and the charts/UI are straightforward and simple which enables data exploration to be iterative and draw very strong conclusions.

This app is an absolute game changer and offers an incredible number of analysis with just few clicks. Before installing RetentionX in our shop, we had to calculate all relevant KPIs manually and with much effort. Nadine and her team are always super helpful and try to meet every request. This app has a beautiful UI but more importantly, the detail and insights that it returns is unparalleled. One of our favorite features is the segmentation engine that can be used to slice and dice all the different reports to provide even deeper insights. At the end of the data, it's not about just getting more data, it's about showing insights around that data and that's what RetentionX does wonderfully for us.

Very in-depth analysis of our data. Great options to personalise segments and most important; aggregate your different stores into one dashboard. Support is the best I found so far amongst the various apps. Alex and and his team provide instant feedback and follow up. Recommended!

Probably one of the easiest apps to get setup on and it provides amazing data I haven't found anywhere else. The price point of $399 max is great. It shows data that I've been tracking manually for months and even data I had just started to track manually right before finding it. This has show a few HUGE things that we really needed to know. Since implementing this, digging into the data, and brainstorming around it, we're already seeing a lift in metrics. This is great at highlighting ALL your flaws and all the things you've missed? Tracking LTV monthly by customers is my favorite piece so far. This is something I've wanted to find for months but have only found manually elsewhere.

I have been in IT for over 30 years and would honestly say this app would feature in my top 3 of all apps to develop your business to the next level. Ivan is hands on and any help needed he is a zoom call away. Very easy to setup.

RetentionX is one of the apps in our software stack that's a total no-brainer. Being able to have an accurate view of historical data from our store, in addition to forecasts that can be modified across optimistic, neutral, and pessimistic scenarios has been a game changer for us. No other analytics dashboard that we've used has offered the same amount of insights that this has.

Finally, I have the data that I have been looking for year's. Great insights in customers, life time value, churn, brand performance etc. Very cool that I can see aggregated data from all my stores. Support is excellent.

Truly the best predictive analytics software I've come across in my 15+ years of running eCommerce stores. Highly recommend to any brand / company looking to take their understanding of their customers to the next level. Great team as well, super responsive & helpful!
