We genuinely enjoy working with Stay Ai, which is certainly saying something if you've worked with other subscription apps. The features are there, but more importantly to us, the customer support is phenomenal. Hopping on calls, quick replies to emails & chats, whatever we've needed, Stay has helped us get it live. Little things that were a headache with Recharge are easy to handle within Stay's platform. We have no regrets with the switch and I've recommended them many times since migration.

So happy with Stay! I've worked with other subscription platforms and Stay is the best by far. The dedicated support is what I find most helpful along with Stay's priority to continue to advance the platform by rolling out new features. They are really great at listening to what their customers want and taking action. I've seen great success in growing subscriptions with Stay for two companies I have worked with...can't recommend enough.

Very happy with Stay.Ai so far. Their onboarding was seamless, their tech support is next level (as white glove as it comes), and their front and backend interface is easy to navigate for customers and store owners alike. Highly recommend.

Very happy with STAY so far. Switched from recharge and the customer support with STAY is on another level. Audrey our account rep is always available for a call to help solve issues and work through integrations. Would recommend STAY to any brand owner looking to increase recurring revenue.

Not just a subscription app! We moved to StayAI and ended up with an awesome tool backed by a fantastic team. Stay powers subscriptions, but more importantly, gave us the retention tools needed to keep our subscribers happy (and loyal)! It was easy to set up testing for offers to existing subscribers to keep them subscribed longer and to give people more value who were intending to cancel.

We swapped over from Recharge and haven't looked back. Our subscription customers were growing fast and we needed better support and more reliable reporting. After integrating, not only have we had an overall better experience, its made my teams lives 100x easier to pull data and saw a huge bump in recurring revenue growth.

Our brand relies heavily on recurring subscription revenue and we made the move to Stay to take advantage of their unique feature set. Their migration/implementation team is incredible--we got up and running quickly and saw no data loss for existing customers. Since onboarding Stay, we've leveled up our retention strategy by testing offers for free gifts, discounts, and more. Their analytics dashboards are also exactly what we were looking for to see growth/churn rates and projections.

Solid app, great reporting dashboard. Ability to do offers to save customers from cancelling has been $$$ for us.

Their team scoped out a project, promised they could do it then wasted a month of time to communicate their system couldn't properly handle flat rate bundles. I was very upfront about the amount of work involved and offered other solutions to their devs but was met with "our system doesn't work that way". Extremely disappointed with their lack of internal communication abilities. Sales shouldn't make promises, then have a project manager come in and say it's possible, then take a month to say dev refuses to even make an attempt to modify the way their system works. I'm glad I didn't end up launching with them, if this is how they handle dev I can't imagine the system itself is very robust at all.

We migrated over to Stay Ai from ReCharge for multiple reasons. We wanted a unified checkout, better support, more customization opportunities and more. Since the migration, our subscription platform has grown tremendously. I do not regret the switch and recommend moving over to Stay Ai if you're currently using a dated subscription platform like ReCharge.

We've literally tried them ALL! From Recharge > SKIO > Smartrr > Stay AI, we can NOW confidently say we have found a home; and it's not even close. We are continuously impressed with the level of professionalism, thoughtfulness and dedication we receive from the Stay team. We can be tough on the team for product feature requests and minor Shopify limitations, but each time the team handles it with grace and patiently, while they work hard to proactively incorporate and address our feedback to resolve our problems. We are proud to build along side Gina, Evan and the Stay Ai team!

We switched from Recharge and wanted a subscription app that was highly stable and would grow with us since we have a big recurring base. Stay.ai has been great. Reliable, great team to work with, highly professional, and the best of the many options we evaluated after talking to the founding teams and references (e.g., Smartrr, Skio, etc.). Minor hiccups/gaps but expected since they're still building. Gina is also extremely professional and competent as a CEO/founder. It's a big plus as she's responsive to any requests or concerns. Happy we switched.

Fantastic customer support and really well designed features. Having used several subscription apps (Smartrrr, Recharge, etc) this is my favorite because of the marketing tools. It does all the things you would expect but makes it really easy to increase LTV and even A/B test different campaigns. I have recommended it to several other Shopify stores.

Very pleased with our transition from ReCharge Legacy to Stay. Their experience engine is a significant step up in being able to test and tailor experiences. Their team is really excellent and helped us the whole way through the transition. Definitely my favorite subscription software on the market for Shopify.

We were nervous about migrating our subscribers because they are the most important part of our business, but Stay made it easy and handled it from end to end. We just rolled out our first experience last week and are already seeing great results in reducing churn (GWP, offers), increasing LTV(add-ons), and reactivations. Highly recommend!

Life saver. Stay.Ai gave us white glove service from the beginning. It was easy to switch to them from our previous subscription app. The dashboard gives you more options, better stats, and even more opportunities to sell more product than any of the other platforms I've reached out before going with Stay. We've been with them for over 6 months and despite a few hiccups which were taken care of immediately, it's been smooth sailing. They also have a retention engine that works wonders! I'm impressed and highly recommend them to any shopify biz that relies on recurring revenue and subscription models.
