I can't get this app to stop charging my customers despite it being turned off and disconnected. Customer support is not helping either. User beware.

Only been using for a short time. Couple of customers did not understand and checked it in error. May be the way displayed on site. Gave myself a one-year trial period to see how it works but no really complaints so far.

Seel has been great for my business. I sell products that aren't really appropriate to return once a customer has used them. For example, if they remove decals from the backing and install them before changing their mind and putting them back on the backing.... Previously customers would try to send those back to me for a refund. There's no way I could sell it to another customer so it would be a loss for me every time that happened. Now with Seel, I've been able to update my return policy so that returns are only available if the customer purchases the Seel Return Protection at checkout. AND, if someone does want to initiate a return, that's work I don't have to do anymore since it goes through Seel.

Overall, we've had a great experience using Seel and would recommend it to other vendors. The team is responsive and solution-oriented when facing any issues, and the process is straight forward.

Highly recommended! The customer service will promptly respond to all my inquiries, very good customer service. Orders with lost products can also be processed for us in a timely manner.

More than an app. The app works well and as promised. My customers feel very comfortable to buy from us with a return policy, which this app handles without products needing to come back to us. The app integrates easy with the site (they do all the work) and it works seamlessly. Support is personalized and responsive. Very happy with how this app has helped my online sales grow.

Merchant support is the worst. Over 4 months for a simple request to be completed/updated after repeated promises and in the end, they never did. But somehow they were quick (less than 4 days) to respond to my email for their removal from my store. If merchant support is this way, I can imagine the customer support and didn't want to take the chance.

Great app, it increased my conversion rate and makes my customers a lot more loyal. customer service helped me a lot and they were very helpful.

Don't recommend it. Wasted a lot of time with this, only to be dropped by them. I had 7k missing in payment refunds in 2022, it would go unnoticed if I didn't do due diligence.

We are a small swimwear brand so we can’t compete with the major retailers return policies. Seel allows us to offer refund for method paid and is great! I highly recommend it. Our customers are thankful to have the option of seel.

Update: I have bumped it up to two stars since I was finally able to get access to the app. I filled out the application last night and haven't heard anything yet. I was told a collaboration request was sent, but I do not have one from them. Emails from them only come late at night (maybe they are in a different country?), so getting anything done seems to be a slow process. It is definitely not as quick, easy and seamless as they make it sound. They had a dead email going to the "Get Support" button. Hopefully they have now fixed that. When I tried to add the app to my store I kept getting an error. I tried contacting them through the get support button, but never heard from them. I have now deleted the app and will look into other options.

If you've been added to their email list, and spammed, then i'm sorry for you. Our company was added, and spammed with unrequited emails. Completely unethical. That's exactly how it would be partnering with them.

Ran into an issue with the app working. Reached out to the help team and with in a couple hours they had figured out the issue and came up with a fix. Great support!
