Seel Worry‑Free Purchase

Very easy onboarding process but have not used the app long enough to understand customer experience or the business case.

Taking our review down 2 stars. While we love the idea of their Make It Returnable service, the Seel support is severely lacking. We have messaged multiple times following up on an active support ticket and no response in days. Also, customers are reporting glitches in their verification process and that it is extremely laborious submitting for returns to execute the coverage they have paid for. It is reflecting negatively on our business. Not sure how much longer we can use this system if it doesn't improve. We hope that it does!

Only been using for a short time. Couple of customers did not understand and checked it in error. May be the way displayed on site. Gave myself a one-year trial period to see how it works but no really complaints so far.
