Excellent customer success and product team. As a small business, we have limited IT resources. They made the onboarding process extremely easy and assisted us the whole way. Not offering returns has been a sticking point for my business since I launched five years ago. As a small, made-to-order business it was never a possibility. Until Kover found me. Kover has been a dream come true so far. A thoughtful, professional team, super seamless and easy integration (was done within an hour with no coding required by me!), and a great solution for one of my most pressing needs. I’ve done many different onboarding processes with different apps, and I have to say this is one of the most straightforward and smooth onboarding processes. You guys are killing it!
