This app works however when you exchange a product it discounts the new item to a zero amount which is incorrect and your accounting will take it as you sold a product for no money. I have raised this issue with return go and they said well thats how it works. If you running an accounting system for your sales, its a nightmare to fix and correct this issue.

So far the app has worked relatively well but the most impressive thing about ReturnGo if definitely the level of customer service on the support side. Quick to reply and eager to help.

I had uninstalled it, but it's keeps charging the fee, can anyone help to solve it? it keeps charging for a year while I uninstalled it a year ago...

Bad App. It can not cancel the plan from the dashboard
