I've had a great experience with Return Go. It definitely needed help setting up, but did so over calls and chats. The team were super helpful and set everything up for me. Any issues I've had, I've been able to discuss on the chat. It can feel a little clunky at times, but no major issues.

Clear and easy to set-up and use. Much better than the first returns portal we tried to partner with. The help desk is always responsive and efficiently resolves any issue we have. A great service.

Both member and non‑member cancellations and returns are supported, and the multilingual handling works very well. With the DHL integration, automatic return label generation also works smoothly. It seems that API integration with our WMS program is also possible. Whenever we contacted ReturnGO, we received very fast responses and accurate answers. I highly recommend it.

BEWARE! THEY CANCEL LABELS WHILE ALREADY IN TRANSIT. I have been a user of this app for about 7 months now. The first few months have gone smoothly. I started this app in hopes to offer my customers more return options such as free returns for exchange/store credit, in hopes that in the long run I will save my business money. What happened was that the app continues to CANCEL return labels that are already in transit which ended up with my customers' return packages being LOST and cost me hundreds of dollars. I tried reaching out to solve this issue and they are trying to blame the postal service instead of taking responsibility for an internal issue, that of which they admitted. This morning I got two more emails from upset customers saying their returns were lost AFTER they had already dropped them off, because Returngo decided to cancel the shipment while in transit. I understand this app has many perks and I truly was enjoying it but if they cannot seem to take responsibility for the financial loss they caused my small business, due to their internal issues. This ended up costing me more money in the long run.

Honestly the best return management system out there. We looked at a number of competitors and other options, and ReturnGO was simply the best fit for our Shopify store. The return rules, restocking fees, shipping methods, automation options, and separate portals for returns and warranties make it extremely flexible. It has helped us create a much more organised return process, reduced manual work for our team, and made the experience easier for our customers. The ability to customise questions and request photos is also a huge benefit. Highly recommend ReturnGO to any Shopify store looking for a proper returns and warranty management solution.
