For what it does, the pricing is ridiculous. I have the premium plan and you cannot even close returns automatically, you have to get two addons to do that. So instead of bulk closing returns, you have to go one by one, talk about "automations"... EDIT: After this review, they enabled the features

The app is very helpful but where it truly shines is the customer support features.
Agent was very helpful. However, there are a few things that, as a store owner, I simply do not understand. Most important to me is that a gift can be exchanged for a credit. in your system, RMAs are set to be sent to the person who ordered the product. There needs to be an optiion for a gift recipient to request an RMA with the RMA being sent to them, not to the the person who sent them the gift. It is quite embarrassing for a giftee to be informed by the gifter that they received an RMA for a return on the gift they sent.

For the most part, our team enjoys using ReturnGO. It has streamlined our exchange process and has made issuing labels super easy. Except for a few minor glitches, it works well.
I use ReturnGO to help with customer returns and it works really well. Setting the policies is easy and the customer service is always A1 and they are so kind!
Good customer support and capability within the app. A few features to be desired that may be added later on.
A really good returns app. It has almost everything I need; it falls short only due to the nature of my products - I need to provide a 3 items to 1 item exchange, but ReturnGo can only do 1 to 1. The resolutions and policies etc to me seem to be a little more complex than they need to be and they have confused me at times, but help was always available when needed. Other than that, I am pleased with it and I've kept the app on my site until I decide whether to stick with it and do some manual exchanges when necessary or revert to all manual. I tried 5 -6 other return apps (in my budget) before trying ReturnGo and it was the best by far. Customer service has been very good - prompt, helpful and friendly.
