We’ve had a great experience using ReturnGO for managing returns and exchanges on our Shopify store. The app is very intuitive, easy to set up, and customizable to match our return policies and workflows. One of the things we appreciate most about ReturnGO is the automation. It significantly reduced the amount of manual work our support team had to handle for returns and exchanges. Customers can submit requests themselves and automatically receive updates throughout the process, which cut down a lot of repetitive support tickets and back-and-forth emails. The integrations, especially with Klaviyo, also helped us create a much smoother customer experience with automated communication and status updates. The support team is great, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance with custom workflows. Overall we highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for a reliable returns and exchanges solution.

We've been using ReturnGo for nearly 4 years and are very happy with the app. It makes it easier for customers and easy for us to manage the process. The ReturnGo customer service is also very good. Happily recommend to others.

I’m writing this review because the lack of follow-up has been unacceptable. After completing the demo, I’ve been trying to connect with my rep to move forward with installation, but I haven’t received a response in over two weeks from her. This is time-sensitive, and the lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
