We recently partnered with ReturnGo after thorough research on return platforms, and we're extremely satisfied with the experience. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, and we were fortunate to have Reyn, a dedicated specialist, assist us throughout. She was exceptionally helpful, guiding us through setting up our return policies, and remained responsive and supportive every step of the way. Their 24/7 chat support is a standout feature. It’s rare to find a platform that offers such continuous availability, and this support has made a significant difference in our experience. The platform has no hidden fees, offers competitive pricing, and maintains a professional attitude, which was a big factor in our decision to move forward with ReturnGo. The features they provide align perfectly with our needs, making it a strong choice for our return management. While we would love to see even more integration options in the future, as well as additional countries supported for shipping labels, we’ve had nothing but a 5-star experience so far. We highly recommend working with ReturnGo and look forward to continuing our partnership with them!

We have been using the app for quite a while now and are satisfied. The relatively high costs are justified by an increased rate of exchanges instead of simple returns, which we would otherwise not have, so that sales are maintained, and by increased customer satisfaction. Another big plus is the always fast and competent support! A clear recommendation from us for anyone looking for a solution with the option of an exchange instead of just using a simple returns app.

I highly recommend this app! The onboarding was very informative and the support team (especially Reyn) was extremely helpful with our inquiries. On the app itself, it's highly customizable based on our current return policies. Customizations in the UI/emails may be a little limited, but not an issue itself as we're able to change fonts and colors. Overall, this is a great returns app with a supportive team always ready to help. To the ReturnGO team, thank you so much for making our implementation a smooth experience!

The ReturnGo Staff have been extremely helpful in getting my account set up, answering any questions I have had and working through different scenarios based on our needs. Not to mention I am saving money using this app compared to the other one I was using before, which didn't have the integration with Amazon I needed. So overall, very happy.

Great app to manage all your returns in one place. Customers have an easy returns portal to process their returns easily. You can manually approve the returns or automatically. This frees a lot of time for our customer service reps and also keeps our customers happy with hassle free return process. App integrates with all the shipping apps and they also offer their own solutions. It's much cheaper than all the other options out there and the staff are top notch. They help us quickly with any question we have and even implementing custom solutions that other apps don't remotely offer. Highly recommended!

After careful evaluation of all available return apps, we launched ReturnGO in 2022. After two years we can say it offers excellent value for money. In particular exchanges, return label options, return fee handling and automation options are excellent features. The continuous development and expansion of features of the app are also above standard. And the helpdesk is excellent. 100% recommendation.

This app works however when you exchange a product it discounts the new item to a zero amount which is incorrect and your accounting will take it as you sold a product for no money. I have raised this issue with return go and they said well thats how it works. If you running an accounting system for your sales, its a nightmare to fix and correct this issue.

So far the app has worked relatively well but the most impressive thing about ReturnGo if definitely the level of customer service on the support side. Quick to reply and eager to help.
