We thoroughly enjoy using ReturnGO within our Shopify integration for our business. Our Team Members and our Customers find it easy to use, plus our customers can initiate a return on their end, which helps our Team Members process their return quickly and accurately. Thank You So Much, ReturnGO!

Beware if you want to use this for the Amazon MCF integration that ReturnGo are advertising. The MCF integration does not work - full of bugs and errors, and has a severe limitation that it can't support more than one Amazon marketplace at a time. I have contacted support several times and they show zero interest in improving the MCF integration. The app may work well for other returns types, but not for this.

I have experienced excellent customer service through the chat feature, which allows any issues to be resolved within minutes. I’ve remained loyal to ReturnGo from the beginning, and I am glad I did. They are always improving and evolving to provide better service. Without a doubt, it is the best app for handling returns.

We've had zero problems with this app since we installed in a few years ago. Very easy customer experience for our customers. When we want to make changes to our account or policies or shipping methods, they are happy to jump on a call with you and walk you through it. Mike was extremely helpful when i had to reach out for additional assistance. Would for sure recommend to brands small and larger.

We've had consistently great experiences with Return Go. The customer service team is always responsive, helpful, and efficient. Issues are resolved quickly and communication is clear.
