We've found the returns app to be a valuable tool that simplifies our return process and enhances our efficiency. It's incredibly user-friendly, and we would recommend it to others. The help center is also quick and effective.

This month, we began transitioning from Returnly to ReturnGO. Despite this being a significant undertaking for ReturnGO, they provided us with exceptional customer service, displaying professionalism and care. As for the app itself, we have encountered a few technical difficulties (which is to be expected when migrating to a new app), but their live chat assistance has been invaluable in resolving our issues. So far, so good.

Our company have been using ReturnGo for a few months now, and honestly, we have had nothing to a positive experience with them. From the very first call where they showed us what they can do, their sales pitch if you like, was not pushy or too much like some of the other companies we called with at the time. Genuine, friendly and honest. And since, every issue or query we've had they have been quick to help and where they haven't had an answer they've been keen to help and quick to deal with it. Honestly, I wish there were more companies that were this helpful and easy to work with. Customer Service is exceptional. For the platform itself, it's great! Easy to use, both front and back end, and accommodates everything we need from it.

So far I've been using return go for my start-up business and although I haven't had many returns, the set-up was very easy and the support from Junessa Olid at Return Go was phenomenal. She stuck with me thru the entire set-up process and has been very helpful ever since. I commend her for excellent customer service and will continue to use return go as my business grows.

I have nothing but positive notes from our experience with ReturnGo, especially transitioning from our old platform Returnly to ReturnGo. The team, especially our onboarding agent Junessa was accommodating, responsive, immensely helpful with the best energy throughout our transition to ReturnGo. Junessa truly made this experience very easy and pleasurable!

The ReturnGo onboarding experience was top notch. Excellent customer service from Junessa and Tali. The service provided and functionality offered is equal to competitors but at a fraction of the price. Happy with our switch, and look forward to staying with ReturnGo for a long time.

This app has been a game-changer for me and has saved me so much time. I used to use the built in Returns Portal with ShipStation, but it did not have the customization options to choose different service levels with USPS, so I was always paying Priority Returns, otherwise customers would receive errors with First Class. Now having the options to do both returns AND exchanges has simplified things so much. This app really has it all - it does take a bit to get set up and understand everything - but once you pass that learning curve it's a very solid app. I couldn't imagine being without it now. As far as Customer Service, I have worked with many people, especially Lian, and they have all been wonderful and extremely helpful!

Downloaded this app for my store recently, and the support team has been amazing! They helped us set up the app and customize our return policy every step of the way, it's been awesome! Highly recommend this app and the amazing team behind it!

I just did the onboarding process, going from Returnly to ReturnGO. My first impressions are that ReturnGo is much more intuitive and user-friendly on the back-end. And the front-facing customer experience seems to be better too. Also, my onboarding specialist was AMAZING. She walked me through everything with the nicest manner and with lots of explanantion.

The team's assistance was remarkably helpful, competent, and prompt. They scheduled a Zoom call to demonstrate the app's functionalities, guide us on its usage, and discuss the settings, ensuring our staff was properly trained. The app itself is straightforward and user-friendly, and knowing that there's a supportive team backing it gives us peace of mind.
