I have experienced excellent customer service through the chat feature, which allows any issues to be resolved within minutes. I’ve remained loyal to ReturnGo from the beginning, and I am glad I did. They are always improving and evolving to provide better service. Without a doubt, it is the best app for handling returns.

We've had zero problems with this app since we installed in a few years ago. Very easy customer experience for our customers. When we want to make changes to our account or policies or shipping methods, they are happy to jump on a call with you and walk you through it. Mike was extremely helpful when i had to reach out for additional assistance. Would for sure recommend to brands small and larger.

Agent was very helpful. However, there are a few things that, as a store owner, I simply do not understand. Most important to me is that a gift can be exchanged for a credit. in your system, RMAs are set to be sent to the person who ordered the product. There needs to be an optiion for a gift recipient to request an RMA with the RMA being sent to them, not to the the person who sent them the gift. It is quite embarrassing for a giftee to be informed by the gifter that they received an RMA for a return on the gift they sent.
