We’ve had a great experience using ReturnGO for managing returns and exchanges on our Shopify store. The app is very intuitive, easy to set up, and customizable to match our return policies and workflows. One of the things we appreciate most about ReturnGO is the automation. It significantly reduced the amount of manual work our support team had to handle for returns and exchanges. Customers can submit requests themselves and automatically receive updates throughout the process, which cut down a lot of repetitive support tickets and back-and-forth emails.
