Moddo review for ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

BEWARE! THEY CANCEL LABELS WHILE ALREADY IN TRANSIT. I have been a user of this app for about 7 months now. The first few months have gone smoothly. I started this app in hopes to offer my customers more return options such as free returns for exchange/store credit, in hopes that in the long run I will save my business money. What happened was that the app continues to CANCEL return labels that are already in transit which ended up with my customers' return packages being LOST and cost me hundreds of dollars. I tried reaching out to solve this issue and they are trying to blame the postal service instead of taking responsibility for an internal issue, that of which they admitted. This morning I got two more emails from upset customers saying their returns were lost AFTER they had already dropped them off, because Returngo decided to cancel the shipment while in transit. I understand this app has many perks and I truly was enjoying it but if they cannot seem to take responsibility for the financial loss they caused my small business, due to their internal issues. This ended up costing me more money in the long run.
