I am so happy with my consultation call with Lian at ReturnGo, I would have spent hours trying to set everything up myself but Lian walked me through every step and made the entire process so easy.

We started our initial account with ReturnGO for our tv segments as our then returns service was lacking features we needed. We were so absolutely blown away by the outstanding level of service that we have received, that we switched our website to ReturnGO too! We have all the features we need and more. We had the absolute fortune to have Stephen as our account manager and have never received better service! We have had some odd situations arise with our Shopify/website setup, but it has never been a problem for them! The care and attention to detail that we've been given is absolutely unmatched! The 24-7 chat support is incredible and every person that I've chatted with from RTG has been helpful, kind, and knowledgeable - thanks Lian, Mike, Nikki, and more! When we had a weird issue pop up that was time sensitive and hard to figure out, both Stephen (acct manager) and Eyal (founder) went out of their way to set up calls to handle our issue. I am very grateful to you both and to ReturnGO as a whole. We are very happy.

This app took the place of Return Magic for our company, and it was very easy to train the team on. Customer service is always quick to respond and help out. Also quick to address suggestions. Customer experience seems to be very good from the front end. Any time support is needed they are fast and accurate.

Great app. Does what all the other more expensive apps do. Very helpful customer service too. Recommends if you want to save hundreds of dollars on returns!

This app has really allowed my company to simplify the returns process. I had a little trouble at first setting and understanding the parameters but the help has been great! They are always available and able to help me with any issues quickly! Update: It’s been almost 3 years since we started using this app and I’m still impressed. They’ve continued to roll out new features, helpful integrations, and consistent improvements. What stands out most is the continued support — even after all this time, they’re still quick to help with any questions or issues. This is the kind of long-term reliability every business needs.

Really loving ReturnGo so far. The support team is so kind and quick and really goes step by step with you during the onboarding so you don't feel all alone after downloading the app like other apps I have experienced. I am also happy they are able to accommodate different eligibility rules for returns which is something I have had trouble with in the past. So far so good!

Had some difficulty setting up the App but a customer service member names Junessa invited me to a zoom call and she set up every little detail for me. She was brilliant.

Very helpful customer service - I was able to get all the answers I needed and they didn't log me out of the chat because of inactivity. I had to step away a couple times because I was working in a couple things, and the chat was open the whole time. Awesome!

Firstly, customer service was helpful during the installment process. They clarified every point for us. Also, the UX is user-friendly. They helped us, especially on language conversion. Every steps are simplified. Merchants who use Money Order in their stores could use efficiently. IBAN check feature is trust point for merchants. Thanks for the great service again!

Excellent app to process your returns! The team helped us to set up our complex returned rules and developed additional features upon our requests. We have tested multiple return apps after ReturnMagic sunset and found this one as the best option that exists in the Shopify app store. Highly recommend!

ReturnGo is amazing. I've been using them since shortly after they started the app and am super satisfied! They are constantly improving it and adding new features - the developers are super active in managing and improving the app. I love the experience it offers my customers and the ability to retain sales by offering instant exchanges and custom return policies depending on if the customer requests a return to a gift card or to their payment method. I am here for the long haul.
