Our team got extremely tired of keeping track of exchanges, so we decided to try out this app and it's been great! Really love how automated everything is and how easy it is to track all of our exchanges in one place. :) The support team has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question as well! 10/10 would recommend if you deal with returns/exchanges on a daily basis. We sell pet accessories, so customers frequently choose the wrong size, so we deal with that lol

ReturnGo is a magnificent APP....what I most like about it is that there are multiple features that I can activate on need. Things like blocking items for returns, having separate # of return days for money returns and exchanges, giving my customers store credit, and many more. I also noticed that the team is constantly improving the tool and adding new features. But my #1 comment is that the support team, specially Eyal, works shoulder to shoulder with us to setup and improve the portal. Service is the icing on the cake and ReturnGo definitely knows how to do it well.

Great experience with their CS team, specifically Lian & Junessa. So helpful & got to the root of an issue that was affecting our returns, but now it's solved! The app itself is definitely worth it as an affordable option out there.
