Beautiful, streamlined interface and super easy to set up. I also received amazing support when I needed to change some wording. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a returns app that can manage returns, accommodate exchanges, and is simple to use. I have used and reviewed several, and none were perfect - they either lacked functionality, were very complex or cumbersome to use, or were too expensive for my small business. ReturnGo looked promising, so I gave it a try. I am very glad that I did because it is exactly what I need. The interface is simple to use both from the admin and end user; there are several return options that can be implemented & adjusted as needed. Most of all, the support team is fantastic and very responsive. I had adjustments I wanted to make to work for my specific setup and the team has replied quickly, resolved all my questions, and implemented solutions that work for me. Highly recommended, I will definitely keep it in my store.

This app has so far made my returns process simple! I have only just started using it and I am so happy. The support chat is so helpful too.

I love that I can just set it and forget it. This app takes care of all the tedious work. I has saved me time and saved me from a lot of headaches. I think one of the best things about this app/company is the EXCELLENT customer service. I love that I can just chat with support get my questions answered quickly. If I ever have any troubles, I know I can count on their help. Thank you!!!

By far one of the best Return apps available for Shopify. Streamlines the entire process for customers so that it takes a job off of your plate. The Return Go App continually has gotten better since we first installed it onto our store. For the price and value offered I would say to look no further than this Return and Exchange Portal!

I have researched all of the major returns platforms and decided to ReturnGo for our store. I couldn't be happier with the app! There are some features I've requested that the ReturnGo team responded they're currently working on building it out. Sounds like their development team has a great plan in place and I'm really excited about what the app currently provides, as well as what they'll be launching in the future. The value we're going to get from this app is incredible! Their team is so quick to respond to all of my questions, it's definitely worth scheduling a call with them when you install! Really wonderful customer service! I know several of them by name because they're so helpful :)

Takes a bit of learning to figure out but it is SUPER helpful and worth it. Support is amazing about going above and beyond to make sure app does exactly what you need it to do!

Amazing app, and AMAZING customer service! the app simplifies our return/exchange process, saves soooo much time in handling it, and improves our customers experience. It has a great feature of crediting customers in store credits and their customer support service goes above and beyond, they are super helpful, Very responsive on chat and emails. The app is easy to set up, no coding needed, any question I had was answered quickly, and the value for money is great! Highly recommended.

I use this app since a week, and it is great for user experience! Every exchange or refund request is converted into Shopify! The best thing is to have the opportunity to chat with the support for any question. They are super nice and take a lot of comments in consideration. Switched from another returns app. This one has much more features and the customer service is very helpful with answering onboarding questions. Highly recommend to anyone who wants next level return management tools!

We are using this app to offer store credits for our client's return - under Shopify basic. I was looking for an app to simplify the return process and very happy to have found it. The Returngo team has been very responsive and helpful with the application setup. They always reply instantly! We've only been using it for a month as of now, but very happy about it. Big + for us: we can translate all text, offer store credit, have a simple platform in the backend to manage the returns, customize the layout to match our store design.

We use this app to help with customer returns and it is by far the best out of several we have tried. The developers are quick to answer questions and also have implanted changes that we requested. A+
