I use this app since a week, and it is great for user experience! Every exchange or refund request is converted into Shopify! The best thing is to have the opportunity to chat with the support for any question. They are super nice and take a lot of comments in consideration. We are using this app to offer store credits for our client's return - under Shopify basic. I was looking for an app to simplify the return process and very happy to have found it. The Returngo team has been very responsive and helpful with the application setup. They always reply instantly! We've only been using it for a month as of now, but very happy about it. Big + for us: we can translate all text, offer store credit, have a simple platform in the backend to manage the returns, customize the layout to match our store design.

Return Go is a fantastic application that allows you to easily manage returns from all over the world. It is very easy to set up and allows you to choose from many types of resolution. The technical support is super efficient, responds very quickly and always tries to fulfill all the requests. Absolutely recommended!!

This app is the best return management system I could hope for. It integrates seamlessly with the store design, functionality, and the support is through the roof. This is an amazing app for returns. We have been working with it for over a month now, and it reduced our return by more than 15% by making the users accept store credits instead of a return. More than that, it increased returning customers as most of the users accepting store credit buy more than the credit value, and they are happy. We highly recommend it.

I use ReturnGo's Exchange Assistant application to help with customer feedback and store credits for my store. It is extremely user friendly and allows us to seamlessly receive customer feedback on orders as well as offer customers store credits on returns/exchanges, as opposed to always offering full refunds.
