We've had zero problems with this app since we installed in a few years ago. Very easy customer experience for our customers. When we want to make changes to our account or policies or shipping methods, they are happy to jump on a call with you and walk you through it. Mike was extremely helpful when i had to reach out for additional assistance. Would for sure recommend to brands small and larger.

ReturnGO has honestly made a huge difference to our returns process. It was super easy to set up and get running, and the dashboard is really straightforward to use. The support team has also been amazing, quick to reply, friendly, and always helpful whenever we’ve had a question or needed help with something. Since we started using it, returns have been way more efficient and less of a headache for our team. It’s saved us a ton of time and made things smoother for our customers too. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to simplify your returns!
