We love Returnly! Saves us a ton of time, allows us to automate almost the entire process, and the instant credit is a game changer! Would definitely recommend this service for any ecommerce brand trying to spend less time on returns while still providing a high level of service

Helps to speed up the overall return process, provide a decently easy experience on the customer end, and provides some analytics ,however you will need to sift through raw data for something more useful. Overall satisfied with this application.

Our brand's been using Returnly for about a month, and so far so good! It took some time to get our portal configured, because we needed to make some customizations, but Returnly's team helped make it happen for us. It's only been up and running for less than a week, but we've already received positive feedback from our customers about how our portal is super quick and easy to use.

This app has literally saved me hundreds of hours. Overall, Returnly is a game changer for businesses looking to better their overall return experience. Not only did it save me from having to manually generate return labels, it creates a better experience for the customer. They no longer have to wait until business hours to call and request a return, and I have way more time to focus on other parts of the business. My customer service team loves it. It helps them drastically expedite the return process for customers. They actually thanked me when we got it up and running because it does make a difference. The analytics are also nice, they give you an insight as to why products are coming back and help us understand what we need to do in order to better our product. If I can come up with a downside, I would say the requirement for Stripe in order to process exchanges is a bummer. I wish it was an all in one package from that standpoint. On the bright side, the Returnly team was very helpful in getting this plugged into our Shopify store, and the step by step training on how to use the app was very insightful. All-in-all, Returnly is a must have app if you are looking to create the best return experience for your customers. I am definitely pleased with the product.

Returnly has been the perfect app to help us manage our returns and collect customer feedback. We enjoy that it allows us to customize the shipping tracker with additional marketing messages. It's very easy to use and the updates to the platform are frequent (and useful). We evaluated a few other providers, but we couldn't beat the features and price point of Returnly. Highly recommended!

We have been using Returnly for a little over a year now and it is top notch. After switching from another returns portal we definitely made the right choice. Our returns rate has dropped with the tactics Returnly has to have customers exchange over return. Highly recommend and an app which you can scale with over time and to multiple countries.
