Great App! Must Have Shopify App for any stores which has returns more than 3% of total orders as it manages the whole returns process. It also makes those buyers which might not return to store return because of systematic returns center. Some updates like Adding logo and background or bar colors could be a great to make it 100% perfect. You can also make a custom domain like returns.yourdomain.com which is quite cool.
