Hi there, Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry to see the 1-star rating. We looked into your account to understand what happened, and we're a little unclear on the cause. On our side, the Returns app appears to have been installed but not configured or used — we don't see any background activity logged for it. The Tracking app was active for under an hour before uninstall. That short window makes us think you may have hit a blocker early on, or that something didn't work as expected during setup. We'd genuinely like to know what it was. We would really appreciate if you can share where things went wrong — setup, a missing feature, pricing, or something else — we'll look into it right away.
