HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Website shows different pricing every time you reload the page. They claim the setup process is 30 minutes, but there are so many bugs along the way that require support, that the process actually takes hours. And once you finally get it setup, you realize that the lower pricing tiers completely fail at making returns automated (ex: won't auto-select shipping carriers, so returns fail because the one shipping option that it'll let you choose won't work with every return.) Once you tell support that you're fed up and want to leave, they offer discounts to keep you. But then when you accept the discount to try the upgrade, they change their mind about the discount that they offered and try to make you pay more. This entire process has been deceptive and frustrating. Bait and switch at every turn. Look elsewhere for your returns app needs. This one ain't the one.

Going well - I really wanted to offer free shipping returns for customers that could self generate them - but that is not possible on my plan $59 a month - but we can offer variant swaps like shoe size swap for example, customers can generate their own labels, returns are approved automatically, and we offer a 15% store credit bump when customer opts in for that in regards to returns instance -
