8849 Official Website review for AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

I’ve tested multiple return apps, and this is by far the absolute worst — terrible UX, overly complicated setup, unintuitive design, and useless support. I’ve been stuck with it for almost a month, and I’m convinced its glowing reviews are bought. It’s pricier than every competitor. Only a fool would sign up for their $120 plan. Even the $19 tier rips you off, charging an extra $12/month just to add one more user. I have no idea if they’re just money-hungry or completely out of touch. Other apps are easy to configure with fast, helpful support. This one? They’ll spam you with walls of text and endless emails, but never resolve your actual issue. Check the bad reviews before you install it. Don’t sink hours into setup only to realize this app is garbage.
