Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich hab eine ganze Woche investiert, aufgrund diverser Probleme und am Schluss kann ich Aftership sofort nicht verwenden, weil der Support behauptet, dass DHL die Telefonnummer von Kunden verlangt. Der Support antwortet immer nur mit Standard-Antworten. Die E-Mail-Adresse des CEOs wurde mir verwehrt.

I have never regretted installing an app more than Aftership Returns. I tried to save some money by not going with Loop and it has been a huge mistake. The amount of time I've spent managing this buggy platform has been much more than the money saved. The exchange for other items feature is not working at all! it's charging customers full price for the exchange order instead of applying the value of the return to their new order. I am now in customer support hell and will likely lose these repeat customers.

Update: This app is probably great if you provide free return labels to your customers. But not if you charge the customer for labels. If the customer is exchanging for a same value item and requests a prepaid label, then you need to charge them for the return label because there is no credit left to cover the label. I still don't know if this app could have handled my request because the rep didn't understand this simple issue. I spent hours with technical support with zero success. Next day I asked them to cancel my subscription which took him a half hour to do after giving me a hard time about canceling. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. It was so aggravating I just don't want to deal with them anymore. **************************************************** Original Review: It's early days, but so far I like this app. It could be a little easier to understand, but as I got up to speed I am liking how it actually functions. The customer service is extremely fast to respond and very helpful. A lot of good features are in the more expensive plan, but I can get by with the basic plan as I have a small business and can't pay a lot for returns processing.

horrible. 3 days of trying to get my card to work so I can simply buy labels and 5 different customer service reps saying "we are working on it" or "its fixed now try it" over and over and of course it doesnt work.

The app UI is poorly designed and confusing with settings in unintuitive places. From the first day I installed the app and asked a couple of basic questions I was hassled for a review, which tells me why they have so many reviews as people are not sharing their genuine experience. The support is always available but they are poorly trained and don't explain their complex app properly. They do the bare minimum and don't look for a way to help solve your problem. We have multiple brands with different return locations. Unless we choose the premium plan (expensive plan) we cant update customers with customised notifications. And if we did want to set it up (on premium plan) its a complicated confusing mess to configure. And they showed no interest in supporting me to do it. I'll find a different app.

Please everyone be aware. They DO NOT HAVE "free plans". After you install the app, you won't be able to use it unless you subscribe for Free TRIAL. The basic plan starts at $11 per month. No bueno.

Aftership & Automizely are brilliant until you need support! I want to use a custom domain for my returns page and there's a button under the settings to contact support for DNS settings. Click the button, nothing happens. So I go to the left menu and down to "Help & Support". At the bottom of their support page is a "Chat with us" button. The link is simply "/#", so of course that button doesn't work. Click on "24/7 support" in their menu, nothing. Buttons that say "Email Us", not buttons at all, just text.... I ditched a bunch of other well-known apps to go with the Automizely/Aftership suite instead, keeping things simple. But this is one major red flag! These could be the best apps in the world, but if the customer service is non-existent....

Customer support does not exist. I have tried for days to make contact with them via email and chat. I believe the chat is a robot, not a human. Keeps repeating itself over and over again. Email support just keeps replying back with an automated message that they are looking into it and will get back to me. Tried to setup 4 Shopify sites, but I cannot get the label generator to work with my FedEx accounts. I do not recommend for anyone to use this company.

Installed the app recently but had issues with having multiple organisations and navigating the app as it's full of other apps that they run, it's very cluttered and full of links that are unrelated to Returns. Extremely annoying interface, gave up in the end trying to figure it all out and then spend 15 minutes trying to delete my data and account. Not happy with this app, I don't recommend when there are other Returns apps that are simpler to use

I didn't feel the support system was very helpful. They seemed impatient with my questions. I also am disappointed that there is not a way to bundle your charges into one charge per month.

100 percent most of the 5 stars whose reviews are fake literary this is the most horrible app I have ever used because of these reasons 1- I requested a custom domain, and they charged me 120$ per year, and after two months, they changed the domain to a different store that is not owned. 2- I paid a subscription for one year, which was 185$; then, two times, they charged an amount 40$ for each transaction without any reason, and they uninstalled the app from my store. Rubbish service and big SPAAAAAM Update 7/Nov/2022 they ignored my emails, even the Shopify support email,s and they are not refunding the amount which they suppose to return back or giving any proof of refund. To everyone, please don't use this app its a horrible and cheating service.

VIOLATES YOUR AND YOUR CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY LAWS. BEWARE - If you are using this app you are breaking US and EU laws. This app stores all you customers email data, as confirmed by their service rep (I dont know what other details). To verify this claim, you will see that even if you change the email associated with the order, the App will use the old email id from "their database" to verify the return. This is scary, shocking and should not be allowed by Shopify.

We had the free version of the app for the longest time (about 2 years), and the free version had the ability to allow customers to request a refund so many days after the package was delivered to the customer. Today, we get an email from a customer saying they wanted to exchange a pair of shoes for another size, but they could not because the returns center portal said that the order is not within our return policy even though the package was delivered 2 days ago and was well within the return policy. I messaged the Aftership support team about this, and they replied saying they decided to switch my return policy settings to exclude refund requests so many days after the customer has placed the order - not when the package has been delivered without telling us at all that they switched the abilities of the free plan recently. So here we are, unable to process a refund because the app itself switched our settings. The reason? Because they wanted to paywall the feature and make you download their substandard Aftership tracking app as well. Now, that simple free setting of allowing a person to request a refund after so many days of delivery has been paywalled to a feature exclusively found in the Premium Plan of Aftership at a $239 USD a month and forces you to have the Aftership tracking app installed. The repercussions? Negative store reviews directed towards our business and negative word of mouth. This app is not worth your time nor effort as their staff is incompetent - clearly demonstrated with mediocre responses such as "we understand" and "sorry for the inconvenience". Obviously, this app does not comprehend the concept of delivery times. You cannot have a store operate with a refund setting that initiates directly after the customer has ordered the product, as you cannot predict how long that product is going to take to get to their residence. Some packages take days to be delivered and some take weeks depending on the customer's location. Our advice for a return center is to look elsewhere, unless you want to pay $239 USD a month for an essential refund setting.

I was excited to use the app and had no issues initially, until a couple of went by and the features included in the lower plans were removed. It felt like a bait switch - to pay over $100 a month for less than 20 returns just to retain the features that were previously available to me is ridiculous.

The comment from a frustrated customer... This app is absolutely ridiculous that they dont write a clear pricing plan and full plan comparison inside their app dashboard but just ask you to upgrade the plan. But once you upgraded the plan, you will find that even a basic feature like green return for a refund to customer need you to pick the pro plan which cost >$100 monthly. There are way more better return center app in shopify market than this one

Useless Customer Support cannot provide any help with the issue. This doesn't allow us to provide the customer with the return label for 2 months. I even talked to their supervisor over the phone and got nothing! Our business struggles just because Aftership doesn't care about their long-term customers. They also ignore me in chat for the whole months already. We will switch to another tool.
