This app is very expensive. $400 per month if you want the app to be usable. We cannot use this app for this reason. We reached out on chat with no response. We are choosing a new app

Many of our customers are happily using the AfterShip Essentials 60 monthly plan for $23 and we'd recommend you go for that option since only for 1-3 returns monthly. More return routing & zones are available on our higher plans considering that merchants who have higher returns will comparatively require more options to manage their returns. Our records show that our team responded promptly to your inquiry with the correct details as you requested and also emailed you the transcript of the conversation, which you will find in your registered email inbox. We are open to feedback and encourage it so that we can improve our support and services. We'd also want our customers to share unbiased details to help us help you better.
