Customer service is awesome! I also like that this app takes away a lot of the back and forth correspondence involved with normal returns. It saves you time. A future standard (instead of premium) feature, if possible, would be that AfterShip Returns would add a returned item back to inventory via it's shopify integration. Right now after resolving a ticket, you have to manually go and issue the refund and add the product return back into inventory. This seems like a standard feature, not a premium. I'd also like to have the premium feature of customers getting to manually exchange for in stock items of their choice during the return process. Right now it's also a premium feature. As a small brand, I just can't afford so many apps at premium tier.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. If you have a Shopify Plus account then you can use the Gift card option to issue a refund.
